For customers in Thailand, we offer free ring sizer delivery, so you can measure comfortably at home before placing your order.
Care
Our pieces are finished with 18k gold plating (2 microns), which is thicker than standard plating for improved durability.
However, fading or wear may still occur over time depending on usage, such as exposure to water, perfume, alcohol, or sweat.
To help maintain the finish, we recommend storing your jewelry in a box when not in use, and limiting exposure to air.
Avoid contact with water, sweat, soap, chemicals, and alcohol.
Oxidization
As our pieces are made from 925 sterling silver, natural darkening may occur over time due to oxidation.
This is completely normal and not a sign of plating damage. It can be easily cleaned using the polishing cloth included with every order.
Gently wiping the surface will restore its original shine.
Aftercare service
We offer ongoing aftercare to maintain your piece:
- Free replating within the first year
- After that: 300 THB per service
You can always send your piece back to us for cleaning or replating.
